Chromatic Budget Undercoat White is a copolymer based emulsion suitable for interior and exterior applications used as an adhesion medium for subsequent coats. It has excellent hiding power and presents a matt finish. It can be used on cementitious surfaces, lime, plaster, as well as stone and blocks and it is economical on new surfaces.
