Specification

Chromatic wood preservative is a solvent-based with nitrocellulose, modified alkyd resins and additives. It is a wood preservative treatment for untreated and bare timber that offers micro porous protection against wood rot, fungi, decay, mould and insect attack. Its available in clear and a range of attractive wood tone colours. It highlights the weathering process and prevents future damage for old wood

APPLICATION: Apply thinly and evenly using a synthetic brush designed for solvent borne products. Ensure end grain is thoroughly treated along with cut and drilled areas. It is recommended that a minimum of 2 coats are applied depending on wood or wood is dipped into the preservatives.
THINING product ready for use, do not thin
SURFACE PREPARATION: N: Wood should be sanded down to a clean sound surface and remove dust by wiping with chromatic white spirit
DRYING TIME: 12 hours under normal conditions (touch dry).
COLOUR RANGE: Clear. Also available As per chromatic Woodlac shade card. (the final Colour is dependent on the type of timber used).
SPREADING CAPACITY: Up to 6sqm per litre
PACK SIZES: 5 Litre and 20 litre
